Recent nail school graduate presented with an opportunity

Hey all! As the title reads I recently graduated nail school and have been presented with the opportunity to rent a room and work in a new beauty studio opening soon. Various types of
people will be renting there from massage therapists to permanent makeup and a lash and brow person. I’m still waiting to take my stateboards in california. Any thoughts? This place isn’t advertised or registered as a salon.

In my experience and for my location, I wouldn’t start off a nail career until I’ve built up my clientele while doing that on commission. Most people I’ve known to booth rent had to have all their own clientele so if you’re just starting off and don’t have that I would wait.

If you have the clientele already go for it. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend working employed in a salon to gain experience before going self employed x
