Recently been accepted to run my business in care home salon, help!

this will literally be my first job and im really scared about it ! what are your manicure and pedicure routines on the elderly? what do you think they will expect from me? has anyone got any experience of working in the care home salon setting?

Just be aware they will have far more contraindications (fungal corns, ingrowns medications etc) than the usual client base

Most of the time they just want a little pampering and a chat over a cuppa.
Also their skin can be a lot more delicate, dry, can bruse easily.
Don’t let it put you off tho, the golden oldies will be amazing clients, good luck
