Hi everyone.

Please excuse my ignorance, (I’m a nails specialist) but I have a beauty therapist working in my salon and we’d like to introduce lash lifting as a new service. I’m a perfectionist so want to choose a really well recommended brand, but other than LVL and Eleebana, I don’t know of any other brands on the market.

I’d love to know what you all use and whether they provide training and also what the pros and cons are.

Thanks in advance

Jenny x

I have only recently done my lash lift training & used Ellebana but I am hearing a lot of positive things about Lash Bomb. I have just ordered a free sample pack from them, so you may want to give them a go.

Thanks. How did you find Ellebana?

I am very impressed with it and the salon where I did my training say it is the best lift product they have used, having used others in the past and have much more experience than newbie me!

Flirties are great

I’ve used flirties, eye luv lashes and ellebana and personally think ellebana is a game changer.
There’s no sitting waiting for the solutions to process due to the reduced time and clients love how quick it is.
I also do a friend who is a very experienced in lash lifts and she has sensitive dry eyes. She usually finds the service uncomfortable but is fine with ellebana

I trained in mylash and use lashbase at work

To be honest they are pretty much all the same except for the processing times

It depends whether you can market the treatment yourself without difficulty or whether you need help attracting new clients. LVL was a game changer for me. They have a salon search facility which moves you up Google rankings and brings you new enquiries.

Now I have a big enough client base and reputation that I can market a new service without a brand name, but in the beginning it was important to be able to tell my clients to google a brand name and to link to online promotional content.

It's hard to learn a new service without support in salon. LVL and Yumi will give you excellent quality training and support material. I've recruited a therapist who trained with salon system and the training was poor in comparison. Luckily for me, most salons my way have all trained their therapists with the same brand, so I get the kudos for best results. Happy days!

I use lash base. Great results every time. I use the processing time to do brow tint & wax quite often so the timings are perfect

I use flirties and have amazing results x
