Hello,
This is the first time I have used this website, a fellow member gave me the details.
Im looking for some advice on recruiting a nail tech.
The problem I have is a nail station thats not being used enough, within my beauty salon. i.e I want to increase my CND nail extension business. I need to do this the most cost affected way for my business, as I cannot afford to employ someone at this time.
Wherefore, should I rent the nail station out to a nail tech, if so what sort of rent could I ask for, or would I be better taking a percentage of what revenue they bring into the business? and what terms and conditions can I expect.
I'm open to any suggestion that anyone maybe able to offer.
