prepare the nail plate, apply nail form and bonding gel, cure for 1 minute and extend nail using builder clear gel by Astonishing Nails. cure for 10 seconds and then apply pinch clamp to create perfect c-curve. don't remove the clamp and cure for another 2 minutes



remove sticky layer with uv cleanser and shape and file your extension





apply thin layer of Snow Fever by Astonishing and cure for 30 seconds



apply thin layer of Sweet Strawberry and cure for 30 second



apply thin layer of Red Instinct and cure for 1 minute



apply Purple Rain and draw lines before curing; then cure for 30 seconds





use black gel to add some lines



build the nail using Clear gel by Astonishing and cure for 30 seconds.
remove sticky layer; shape and perfect. apply No-cleanse top seal and cure



you can mix as many coloures as you wish:green:

The clamp is interesting, it looks like a hair clip. Wonder if it would work for L&P?

clamps are designed for gel. if you'd like to use them for acrylic as well you'd need to be careful and check if if the c-curve is fine on both sides. for acrylic I would recommend tweezer with angled tepered point - that's better way:green:

That is just brilliant....Ive just done an Astonishing Gel course here in Ireland so Im delighted to see tutorials done using Astonishing. Would love to see more when you have the time. Im only starting gels is there any basic art that you would recommend. Thanks.

Absolutely fab! Love the design and thanks for the clip tip. I've been wondering if there was a clip or something available for gels like there is for acrylics. I've seen too many flat gel nails and absolutely hate them. This is the perfect correction for that. Many thanks!
