Hello,
I'm currently abroad for several months and I can't order any 10vol developer here. All I have is 20vol. I want to use it together with wella koleston 9/8 to reduce the yellow and orange tones in my freshly bleached hair (it's currently level 8-10 but I'll go over the ends again, hopefully reaching 9 everywhere).
Now, is there anything I could add to the mixture to reduce the 20 vol intensity a bit without it messing with the colour?
Conditioner, coconut oil, water?

I'm abroad in the Czech Republic. I've tried 7 different hairdressers here. They know less than me about dying hair and can't even cut straight. I've had them dying my hair grey when I wanted blonde and black when I wanted brown- believe me when I say me doing it to myself is much safer
