a client came in with flash fuchsia roots since she put Manic Panic amplified pink poorly diluted. She has nice pastel pink ends and wants to take the roots to the ends colour. Roots are level 8 and I think the pastel would show up nicely. What do you suggest to make the dye fade? Clear permanent and 20vol would do the job? A bleach bath? I am worried that bleach will open the hair more and make the colour sink into the cuticle. I myself have pink pastel hair but I never used such a powerful semiperm dye like Manic Panic nor have I had any client with this problem to fix
