Rent a chair advice

Hi everyone

What would a reasonable rent be to rent a section in a salon, assuming the hairdresser buys all their own product?

With percentages it is usually split 40:60 with the higher amount going to whoever supplies the products.

I am not sure for a flat rate but I rented a beauty room in a hairdressers for £80pw if that helps. That only covered the space, use of the phone and tea/coffee supplies x
