Im renting one of my rooms out to 2 diffrent girls (on diffrent days obv) But im wanting to write out an agreement which they can both sign for me. Basically just stating there rent terms, holiday rent allowance, and about keeping the room clean and doing their own towels etc. I just wondered if anyone has recenly done one and got a template or has anyone got any good pointers that i need to make clear and adress.
