Rental price for a nail station

Hi, I am an experience beauty therapist looking to go self employed.
I have been offered the opportunity to rent a nail station in a busy hair dressers, there is just room for one desk so I would be the only nail tech within the salon.
The rental price is £30 per day, I just wondered if this is a good price for in the north west UK?
It’s in a small village where there is round 3-4 other beauty salons.

I charge 25 per day but our area honestly has around 40 salons in a 3 mile radius. I think it’s a good opportunity

Just think of it, first set of nails money goes to the salon, then the rest is yours. Start off 3 days to build your clientele then go to 5! Xxx
