Renting a beauty space?

Hi. I am looking to rent a beauty room and nail desk from a salon in my area. I know it varies from place to place but how much on average is it? What’s included, for example cotton wool couch roll tissues, are these kind of essentials included or is it just the room and desk?

I do nails and I’m in the north east of England, I’m on a. Self employed basis as I rent s table.
My rent is £25 a day with no overheads. I buy all my own products and equipment. I’m very lucky in the fact that the owner is very nice and she is actually teaching my how to do acrylics for free just so I can get more business for myself. Once I’ve made £25 a day all the rest I Make I keep for myself.
