Renting a chair - Christmas

Hi I rent out two chairs in my salon and have decided when to open and close at Christmas. One of the girls want to open one of the days I’m closed. Can someone just advice me on this.

I’d expect a chair renter to have their own key unless they always work shorter days than you.
Yes, they should be able to open when they want to, including in the evenings.

Yes they have keys and can work the evenings. I’m just asking if I close the salon and have advertised the salon as closed on certain days over Christmas can they come in. I’m just a bit confused about that part

I don’t understand the dilemma. Why shouldn’t they come in and run their business as normal, if they want to?

Are they working under your salon name?
