Renting a nail station.

Hey,

Am opening a beauty salon and looking at getting in a Nail Technician but unsure of what renal to charge her. Weekly, daily, percentage? It would include the use of a receptionist and the nail station is a first class one. Can anyone help?

How much varies so much across the country but I think 20% is fair if the technician is providing his/her own products. You could always start off with that and review the situation about 3 months later.
