Iv been offered and opportunity to rent a room in a tanning salon:
Its £100 a week after and initial 2 months free, they have a hair dressing coming in for hair next door.
I teach alot too so thought about taking a junior iv taught on, but not sure, maybe thats too much agg. Or i have another tutor friend who could do a few days a week.
Can anyone give me advice im worried ill fall into a trap of a bad deal and invest money badly.
One worry being the tanning girls downstairs are thinking about offering spray tanning?? Well i do spray tanning??
And the hair dresser may do hair extensions i was proposing to offer that exclusively... your thoughts please xxx
