So I’ve had some problems in the past about ‘fitting in’ salons. I have finally (thank the lord) found a beautiful salon with an amazing boss who values my time and opinion (which has never been the case in other places). I am employed by her, I wouldn’t change it for the world honestly, until I got the opportunity to rent a chair Jan 2020. I know its 4 months away but I know it will fly over. I’m just looking for some help on deciding factors on how to go about the thought process. I don’t have a huge clientele and I personally think your never promised the follow if you move? So potentially I could be moving to another salon (about 20 mins away) and starting from scratch, whilst trying to keep money coming in as I will be renting a chair?
