Renting out an area for beauty/nails

We have an area in our salon that we want to rent out for beauty or nails but have no idea what to charge for this.

Would you charge a weekly/daily standing rate or a percentage based on what they earn?

If a weekly/daily rate how much roughly?

I would research your area a bit more, are you wanting them to supply their own stuff? then i would say flat table rent. In my area that would be around 500 a month for 5 days a week availability as a nail tech
