renting out room in my salon??

Could someone please help me, I opened my beauty salon in july 2007 and have been building up my client base slowly. The thing is my salon is quite big and i don't use the half of it. I want to rent out some of my rooms to other beauty therapists, but i would prefere if they used my products. The average rate in my area would be £100 per week this would include equipment,heat, water,rates and elecrticity but not products. I was thinking of charging an extra 10% on what they make for use of my products, does this sound reasonable??

Put up an ad in the Recruitment section....it will get indexed by the Google spiders too.

Also, Gumtree is a good place to advertise.

The rent sounds reasonable...not sure about the products side of things though, I guess it would depend on what you are using and whether they wish to use these products also.

I was going to say it sounds cheap, to include all of that? Mine is £1000 a month for all of that excluding products etc.

But have a look around as Cathie says.
