Renting rooms/tables etc

Hi you lovely people,
am currently working mobile and from home, but will be meeting with a lady who has just opened a salon on thu with the intention to rent a room or table is it going to be better in both our interest for me to be charged a percentage of what I earn as we are both new or should I consider a fixed rental price, would be interested to know what others prefer and what the expected price should be ( I love the salon ) and my partner has forbid me from just excepting what ever she says any help would be greatly appreciated thanx in advance :biggrin:

From going on that thread the general sensus is to charge a flat rate rent (hard at the start so may need something in place for 3 months but then after 3 months have some other fixed figure all of which in writing for say something like 2 years so that the goal post isnt moved before you've had chance to get established. ...
