Hello Salon Geeks!
I have a question that I hope someone might be able to give me some insight into...I was wondering how in demand hiring a chair or room at a private salon is? We are having a garden room built, in replace of an old garage and have looked into the possibility of setting it up as a small salon (2/3 hairdressers/therapists) We have a beautiful hill top location which we think lends its self really well to a salon as there is nothing like this in the area. Would people be keen to rent space in a place like that, or is it more favorable to go and hire a room/chair in a big salon? We would be looking for hairdressers/beauticians to bring their own clients and very much run it as their own business and we would take rent.
I would welcome any thoughts or advice.
