Rents

Hi

I’m looking for some advice on rents.

It’s an upstairs shop in small town.

It’s an average looking decor not overly posh but quite decent.

I have a decent size beauty room and two chairs (hairdresser/extensions) I can rent.

What do you reackon is a fair amount per day to charge day? Minimum 3 days and if they wanted the week then to discount it? I would cover cleaning, tea coffee etc and them to cover there own products.

It depends on the town and who you can get. I charged £30 per day when I rented a room out, but would have done the week for £150 probably. All bills included. I had a massage therapist using it. We do beauty so I didn’t want someone doing what we do.

I’m afraid I can’t help with chair rental, but as they are usually done on a percentage I would guess around £100-150 pw would be reasonable.
