Replacement 9 watt UV bulbs

I am from Canada. Was wondering if anyone can tell me
what the difference in quality of 9 watt uv bulbs is?
There seems to be a variety of prices. What makes one
kind better quality than the other? Can you recommend a good
place to purchace replacements?
