The Guild have got back to me and told me that I do need certification in order to be covered by insurance for Hair-ups. Pretty much what I thought though. Can any geeks recommend a good hair-up course ie. good sound teaching and different styles which will give me an excellent foundation for Wedding Hair?I see that Patrick Cameron is a top bloke in this area. Are his courses for beginners with possible flare?Any other recommendations please? What have been your experiences. Thank you.

I promise I typed and submitted the above in paragraphs!

Hi , you could ask your local college can you just do the hair up units in the level two and/or three ?

I don't see why not,

but just to make sure you could ask Habia or City & Guilds of London is this possible ?

I am sure if you asked the Hair Tutor at your local college they may be able to help you a bit more ,

They have so much on at colleges so be prepared to keep on chasing it up so they don't forget lol x

Otherwise it would be a private recognized course that you would have to find out about, good luck  x minky

have a word with the hair tutors at college mate i know at mine some of the tuotrs actually do private courses, one of my tutors specialises in updo's, the tutors will know someone who can offer you a private course etc....ask them mate
