well if you think someone is being a pain,using foul language or you think there spamming press the red box ,another window will open and just type in why you have alerted the mod's...and that will alert a duty mod who will if needs be step in a kick ass (opps don't report me for that :lol
If you like what someone has written ,think they have either helped you or another peep,if they have just brightened up your day or that you think they have done something special hit the green one..another window opens up and you can comment as to why you have given a rep point.
You can check to see if you have received any rep points by clicking onto "my profile" top of screen..scroll down to bottom of page and see if anyone has given you a rep point and the reasons why
Just as a foot note it is always good to thank someone who has given you a rep point...just the right thing to do and being a good peep.
As I understand it the more rep points a peep has gives the person he/she has given a rep point to more points..maybe a mod could clarify this point??

Yes Collin I have noticed the more rep points you have, then your rep power goes up too!!....and it is always polite to say thanks in all things lol!!

go to user control panel (profile tab) and it tells you there with your last 5 comments x
Click on My profile at top of page then on the drop down menus click on User control Panel....and voila the last 5 reps will be listed.
As you collect rep points then the message given when you hover over the blue dot will change so hopefully High Hopes won't be a donkey for long lol:lol:

I didn't know they were there for a while either! People may have thought me rude for not thanking them but i do now!
I did go to give someone a rep earlier today but it said i couldn't cos i needed to spread some more amongst other people first. As i had already given her a rep recently then i couldn't give her another one. She was most helpful too!!!!!!!!
This hapens to me a lot...in this case why not send a PM to the individual concerned thanking her for her help :hug:

Oh my goodness I too must hold my head in shame! I never noticed (although have not really got totally to grips with all these fandangled bits and pieces on these forums. :cry:
