Resistant hair-again

I’ve had a lightbulb moment !! My client has massively resistant hair, I use kp 77/0 with special mixers, correct quantities, push the colour in, go over a second time blah blah blah..... But I’m never happy with it
NOW she also uses TRESEMMÉ, does this shampoo ‘really’ make a difference if used before a colour ??enough to stop colour covering ?

how long are you leaving the colour to process?

Yes, if it coats the hair in silicone. Maybe ask her to use a chelating shampoo to get rid of the build up beforehand?
