explain to clients as you are using a product what it is and what it does
explain to your clients that the products you use are superior quality than what the can buy in Tesco etc (you'd be surprised the clients who don't realise this)
ask your clients if they have any issues with their skin (i think its skin geek you are...) and if they do, offer them a solution.
I'm not the best retailer but I have found that having a non agressive way of doing it is best. I inform clients of what is best for them and they make the decision. I've sold 3 products today and had 5 clients in so far. Not a lot to be honest but its an extra £30 in my till and all I had to do was talk to the client about their hair. xxx
