Rinsing off Cuticle Away?

Do you use plain water or soap and water?

I've just ordered the aluminium spray bottle off S2 but I'm not sure which is best.

Plain water. It is what I was taught and what I have stuck with x

My EA said water, the cnd videos say soap and water. I'll stick to plain water. Thanks.

You can add a squirt of your favorite soap for a fragrance if you wish, but plain water will do just fine
