I bought a roller waxing kit couple of months back.
It came with Hive Wax and i have all the hive pre and after care lotions & potions

but when i wax eyebrow and pull the strip off it does nothing takes most of the wax but no hairs at all and leaves a lot of stickiness, ive had to take brow wax off my list for now till i work out weather im going to get a wax pot.

It also does this on the lip and chin area aswell and on the bikini, havn't tried underarm and legs work fine

any ideas?

I thought maybe the wax wasn't getting hot enough but it certainly is.

Just my opinion but I have never found hive roller wax very good and I have tried several of their range. I use Clean and Easy. The other thing is the pre cleanser you are using - is it stopping the wax from sticking to the hairs? Also make sure you are applying nice and fine making sure the skin is taut and press well before removing. HTH.:)

Are you stretching the skin and applying pressure with the roller as you apply the wax,
if you just roll over the area without the above methods you will have problems,
you also need to be quite firm when rubbing the strip before removal, i know they are delicate areas but you can be firm without hurting the client,
non strip wax is so much better for facial waxing too, hth

Yes, putting on extra pressure and everything.

It could be the pre wax actually!!

I'm just going to try find a second hand wax pot save waisting my time!

Thank u for replies.

I bet the wax is so thin that it's setting before it grabs the hair. Try dipping a spatula inside the cartridge and applying the wax manually. Make sure that your wax is very warm and thin.

Cleanse
Oil
Stretch
Apply
Rub
Stretch
Tweeze
Cleanse again (don't want to leave any oil as some people break out)
Apply soothing gel/lotion
Remove

Thanks for the recommendations!
