Room rental - demanding rent though lockdown

Hi all I just wanted to ask if anyone else has been asked to pay for the room during lockdown if your renting in a salon?

I have decided to leave the room and the owner is withholding my stock unless I pay her rent owed during lockdown even though the shop had to close and we couldn’t work.

If she thinks you owe her money, she has to take you to court like you’d do with any debt owed.
Tell her that unless she allows you to collect your belongings within 48 hours, you will report her to the police as having unlawfully appropriated your work tools.
