I am opening a new Nail & Spray Tan salon in Harrogate (around March time) within the busy Kings Road area and have a good sized room surplus to requirements.
I am open to a variety of business options including beauty etc.. and as it is currently a blank canvas would decorate to persons specification.
I would normally ask £125 per week (which equates to approx £541 per month) which includes all bills, refreshments, admin and appointment bookings if required. I am looking for someone to commit and so have come up with the following offer for anyone wanting there own space, working their own hours.
Current weekly rent totals £6500 per year - pay the 12 months up front and receive 50% discount!!!! That's means you pay me £3250 for a 12 month rent and you have got a room for £62 per week. Or I would do 6 months at a 25% discount which totals £2438.
I have many years business experience and prefer this way to ensure I have the space filled and you gain a good deal over the long term.
