The full refurbishment of my salon is nearly complete and I will have shortly a second beauty room which I am looking to rent on a daily basis to anyone that does a specialist type of treatment. The room is located in a busy hair salon just outside the town centre, and we have a typical beauty room offering waxing, massages etc, a nail bar and sunbeds and shortly an automated spray booth and barbers. I am completely flexible on rental terms and am willing to offer on a fixed rent or percentage basis for the right people. I have even introduced a rent free period for my nail technican to help get established.
