Ask her to send you some pictures of what she wants as it can mean different things to different people, just like red.
I see rose brown as a chocolatey 6 with hints of pink, but some people see it more ashy.
When you have a client that doesn't have much hairdressing knowledge, these terms could mean almost anything x
