Wondering if anyone knows a product similar to this? This was a "Japanese" type relaxer (thio based) that you used a flat iron as part of the process. I am assuming it was taken off the market because though they claimed it was formaldehyde free it in fact contained some form of it. I haven't done one of these for probably 5 years but would like to do it on a client in the near future. None of the beauty supplies seem to carry any good straightening products anymore, just ones that will tame the hair. I don't want to use a standard straightening product as the longevity and effect are not good enough. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
