I desperately need to get rid of a client, she's been non stop trouble since day 1 & wants to book maintenance in.

Whats the politest way to do this?! xx

Be fully booked. Tell her your hours are now limited due to (insert reason, kids, husband, dogs, parents, study etc etc.) and you are currently full. You can text her if you get any cancellations (obvs you won’t)

Alternatively, take the opportunity to tell her in a professional manner that due to the issues she has had regarding her hair extensions, you feel you have done all you can and it’s now time for her to find another technician. Wish her well and say goodbye.

Hi XYZ - I’m sorry but I can no longer accommodate your hair extensions appointments I feel .......... - I wish you all the best

Thanks guys!! I actually didn't need to in the end, as I'm based in a salon now my prices have gone up and she isn't willing to pay:D xx
