Safe bleach?

Has anybody used Wella Blondor Lightening System? It is said to be safer because it cannot over process and stops after 5 levels of lift. A big plus is that it is safe for previously coloured hair.

I use it it is fab ,
but as with all products you have to follow all the manufactures instructions,
as long as you don't overlap it on previously highly bleached hair ,

if you are wanting to put it over any type of coloured hair or bleached hair

I would definitely do some test pieces first

because no matter how good a bleach is
and (yes I agree Wella Blondor is fab )

but bleach is still bleach after all
