Salon IQ feedback?

We are looking to move to Salon IQ as our salon software provider. Has anyone got any experience / feedback of this system, good or bad?

It’s ok. IMHO not the best user interface nor the best reporting. What’s making you go for it?

The user interface, flexibility, EPOs system, MI reporting, customer reminders, staff KPI's, booking facility and vouchers lol. What issues do you see with the user interface and the reporting?
