Salon sale fallen through

Hi. I am moving abroad in 3 months and had a buyer lined up to take over my beauty salon next month. She pulled out today as her husband has been offered a promotion which. means they have to move out of the area.
I really don't know what to do! Stupidly I didn't get a contract made up, but I do understand her reasons. She is devastated too.
I now am really worried that I won't find anyone to take over the salon and my clients. I am happy to drop the asking price to cover my initial outlay for a quick sale, but what else can I do? I'm just so worried.

Thank you! I just put it on and contacted all the other people that were interested before. I'm still horribly scared that it's too late, but feel better for doing something about it. Fingers crossed!
Any other advise would be very gratefully received!

what a nightmare, not what you need at all.
is renting it out not an option for you?? or are you not planning to come back home at all?
when i sold my shop it took about 3 month for the solicitors to get in gear.
