Hi Stefani
We use Essentials from DWB Solutions, They have been great, the software is very good and simple to use.
You can do all sorts of things appointment book, client records, retail stock control, staff commissions, SMS to client's mobile phone and lots of management reports for accounting. The system can be password protected, so you know who did what. I have been with over a year now and have great support from them and would recommend them to anyone, their web site is Spa Software and Salon Software for Spa's, Day Spa's, Hotel Spa's Beauty Salon's and Clinics from DWB Solutions Ltd
Or phone 01626 830455
Hope this helps

Thank you so much going on there now really appreciat ittryng to get my head round it all thanks :)

Hi there depending on how much you want to spend, what you want the salon system to do, access flexibility for the salon and your clients I would like to make you aware of our system Appointment-diary.com.

It's designed by qualified hair and beauty therapists and it's free to try, if you need any assistance setting up that's no problem and is a free service, all you need is internet access and a computer!

Check out our web site where you can view demos and try the system for free.

thank you its for my aunt but ill be working there too we looked at so many websites now but thank you for yours im going to print some stuff now to show my aunt.

please may i ask sorry if i sound dumb but can you just have any computer or is it a particular brand or make necessary? does it have to be a pc or could it be a laptop? very sorry thank you for your help xx

Hi Stefani
I got a computer from PC World which is on Vista and my salon software (Essentials) runs very well on that, you could use a laptop but I think it might be easy for someone to walk away with it. I didn’t want a touch screen, too many finger prints
