Salons Direct - Be Warned!!!!

Just to let everyone know, if ordering from Salons Direct online for the first time, make sure you put a LANDLINE TELEPHONE NUMBER down!

I have just had a huge blazing row with them, as apparently they need this before they dispatch, but sadly they dont state this when you fill in the online form. They cancelled my order last Weds because they did not have a landline, and I only found out today!:cry:

I'm not going to go into it as I dont want to come across as bitchy, but just didnt want anyone else to make the same mistake.

That's ridiculous! They could have at least contacted you through other means to inform you, but they should really be stating that on their order form x

Well, they said they called me on my mobile and left a message, but I havent had a message. Never mind. :green: (I am trying to remain calm!)
