HIya Guys

Has anyone heard of Sam frost ?

Is she a memeber of this board ?

she was my trainer just wondered im new the board so please bare with me havnt got a clue what im doing or on about lol..

its very posh on here and very well organised

Yes we both know Sam - she's the lovely trainer from Grafton Int and has done well with sculpting in recent competitions. Sam and I judged with her (imagine 3 Sam's) at the last show at the NEC!! Really lovely girl!!

yeh shes lovely girl sam ( very pretty )

i was flicing through the nails mag the other day and there she was again
in the new bless her i think shes fab !

nsi ? i thought shes from grafton ?

or did she used to be with nsi ?

she taught me ibd gel system and odyessey acrylic

also did a nail art course with her !


yeh 3 sams must be a nightmare
