Hi guys

Got the first of my samples today from eve taylor, to say im disapointed is an understatment, all i get was three tiny sachets of a moisturing sun screen a moisturiser and hand cram. I thought a company with want to buy in a range with a opening order of £700 would send you a little more, after all its not really showing you much of there range or getting you to experience their products plus not much info about training etc, hopefully moorspa products arrive soon x

I can understand your frustration but just think about things from this, and other, companies points of view...the cost of sending samples out with postage costs is absolutely staggering....and many samples never actually get tested by those that ask for them...which is a shame for those that actually genuinely will test things sent to them for free.
In the U.S. most,if not all companies charge for samples.

Just rec'd ur samples frm Tantrick today and shall most def be using em!! :green:

I remember being disapointed to! But I do agree with Collin. Also you can buy samples from them for about 30p I think. You can also buy the little 30ml bottles for next to nothing.I'm sure if you emailed them with the samples you wanted they would send them to you f.o.c.
I think what we need to remember with companies like Eve Taylor is that they are soooo cheap for us to use. If we wanted loads of free samples their prices would go up xxx

Have you tryied the products thou????
I didn't like the smell of the hand cream but think that it's one of those which you get used to,,,,and the moisturer was actually really nice and one once I really felt that my face was lovely and soft. it deffo left me wanting to order more,,,,,I didn't think there was a minium order with eve taylor????

I have been stocking eve taylor for two years now and out of the skin care products I have retailed these fly off the shelf and also have a really good long lasting result. I know they are at the beauty show tomorrow so if you are going have a word with them there xx:hug:

sorry which beauty show is it?

Excel docklands hun if you go on professional beauty website pop it in google you can register free there or you could look on there and see if there is a show coming soon closer to you but it is a worth while day you get to meet with the suppliers and try before you buy and get good offers and discounts it is on today and tomorrow xx:hug:

I am so pleased that we have changed our policy on samples. We used to charge, we used to just give sachets, but now we give a reasonable size so that therapists can feel what the product is like in a facial.

It is true that it costs us a lot more to sample with the sizes we do now, but we find that therapists who have been sampled are able to make a better choice about our range. Not everyone who is sampled goes with us but we more often than not we get good feedback, which we take on board to make the range better.
