Scabs on head after tinting

Hi i did a client last night using hi- tint and 12% she has this done every 4-6 weeks but she just phoned me this morning saying she has scabs on her head. i said to put conditioner to help i also have castor oil i am going to take to her. Is there anything else i can advise her to do.

I would say u mixed incorrectly, when using any tint especially hi/lift with 12% you have to be spot on!

I have had this happen to me in the past, hairdresser put it down to the fact my hair was newly washed before the appointment and my scalp was sensitive to the color. It wasn't sore as such so I didn't need to do anything to relieve pain or anything, it just scabbed a little. Is she in pain?

Hi thanks for the replys, no she was not in any pain and after she put on the conditioner she said there was nothing there. Xx
