It's good for instant results, don't think it's that great long term x

I like it too however I feel fibre Plex has overtaken this product . Especially with the standalone treatment x

Thanks! The fibreplex #3 treatment, would you condition afterwards? Ive used fibre force treatment & leave in spray on my own hair the last 4 times I've washed my hair & it definitely doesn't feel as rough/course. Will carry on using it but will look into fibreplex. I like to try these things out for a while before recommending. Xx
