Hi, I’m looking for a bit of help. I’m qualified but I only do family/friends really. I’m trained in Schwarzkopf years ago but I’m rusty. I have a client who has scalp bleach (short hair). She’s a natural base level 4/5 and it bleached to a 9, nice pale banana. She wants icy silver grey. Not too dark but definitely not yellow. Like the pic attached. I’ve used ice Blondme previously but it wasn’t quite silver enough. She doesn’t mind it a little violet as it grabs at the roots. I’m undecided what to use as my knowledge is outdated. Should I mix a little steel with it or use another range in Schwarzkopf? Any advice welcome.
In the past I have put on wella ct 9/86 which is lovely for a wash then goes a tinge odd- not quite green, not quite brassy. Just weird. I’d rather stick to Schwarzkopf I like their products. Thanks for any advice
