I'm thinking of doing some courses on makeup, waxing and facials.

I note the Scottish Beauty School offers courses for these

Any comments on courses, service etc?

also is there any other training facility that offers short intensive courses

hi, Caledonian Therapy Academy also run lots of one day intense courses in many subjects Louise and the team and very friendly and helpful Louise is also a geek on hear her name is louisestherapy ( i think)

I haven't been on any courses there yet, but am booked on one next month. In terms of waxing, both Kim Lawless and Loubylou do training days in Scotland every so often, have a look in the events section for upcoming dates.

Not sure where you are, but Clydebank college have a good reputation for their make-up artistry department and they offer a 12 week evening course, which is 2 evenings a week. I'm thinking about doing this from August.

You may be best mastering one skill at a time (it may be easier on your pocket too!!!)
