Hey geeks,

Did anyone read the artice about age concern in Scratch?

Has anyone tried contacting Age concern?

When I did they said they hasnt heard of the article and then said they didnt these services in my area!

Yep I did!
When I looked on their webite there was info about their campaign to help older people cut their toe nails and care for their feet but nothing about volunteering our services or how to go about it!!

ooh must admit i was thinking of speaking to them , as with me starting up thought it might benefit me and them, you know get my name known etc, whilst helping out too

but if they arent aware of the scratch article etc, seems fruitless to speak to them

wonder if anyone else has contacted them?

I too contacted them in my area. Had to leave an ansaphone message and no-one has yet replied to me!

its such a shame - i really wanted to help out - its awful the toe kicking thing to get rid of nails!!!
