Hi geeks,
Just having a play with l&p and want to try sculpting bit only have gel forms can I use these until i get some?
Thanks in advance for replies x

I don't see why not. The only difference I ever saw between gel and l&p forms was that NSI made clear ones for better curing. I don't use NSI though so my forms for gel and l&p for ibd and young nails were always from the same rolls

thanks chickafish x

No problem! Hope it goes well :D

The clear ones might stick to L&P as the monomer can disolve them slightly.x

There are lots of people me included that use clear forms for L&P, they are great for seeing where the finger ends so helps you create a well balanced enhancement.
I have never ever had a problem with my monomer melting the form.

Whilst we're on the subject. I've been practising on and off sculpting with basic forms from a wholesaler. Now I am adamant that it is not 100% my fault BUT I cannot fit them secure and correct enough to stop leakage underneath the free edge. Even just a little it's still leakage. Am I delusional that it may be that there are better forms out there or is it truly just me lol??
