sculpting forms

Hey there,
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between sculpting forms and the creative performance forms?

I find the other type the horseshoe style to be a regular pain in the ........ to be honest and am now just deciding which out of the above would be better to go for.

hi grace

i would go for the performance forms every time they give a really firm and snug fit ...this is the only form ever that i have had NO seepage with ..and i have tried many over the years
