just getting into the sculpting thing ,but just as i think im getting there ,another set back :? some sets are looking more flat than curved   :x ,been trying to pinch them ,but they just dont want to budge .any hints or tips would be lovely,as i dont want this to beat me :study: :frust:

ps .i do one nail ,then the next, then go back to pinch the first one

Finish each nail before you 'pinch' and move on to the next one, until you know and understand the timing involved ... and this can vary from one time to the next depending on many things.

You can also build that curve into the nail with your brush if the nail arch is a bit flat. It is not always necessary or even desirable to 'pinch' when you sculpt, depending on the form and how well it is fitted and the shape of the natural nail as well.

Go for beauty and do what is needed to achieve that end.
