Seche Ultra-V Uv actvated top coat? Can it be used on natural nails over polish or is it for enhancments only? Does it remove with polish remover?o

Ok, I AM by no means a nail pro, I do a great mani pedi but thats as far as i go....If you are talking about the same thing i a thinking about, Seche Vite?....please dont quote me I have use it over a mani as a top coat,lasts ages if set under UV.
