I've been open a year but am only now taking on a self employed. As we are quite remote and I struggle to get staff I don't want to charge rental but just do a 50/50 takings split to ensure that there will be something for them to come to work for at the beginning! This would also include their stock. Has anyone offered this type of arrangement and had dealings with the inland revenue?
